Can I return or exchange an item?
Contact us within 30 days after receiving it. We pay return shipping for change-of-mind and defective-item returns. Request instructions before shipping a return.

After approval, we process the refund within 10 business days. After it is issued, arrival usually takes a further 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
